Custom Services and Furniture

Due to the personalized nature of our services:

  • Custom furniture cannot be returned unless defective
  • Design consultation fees are non-refundable after services are provided
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production begins
  • Clients approve designs before fabrication

Stock Items

For non-custom furniture and decor:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days with photos
  • We will inspect and provide replacement or refund
  • We cover shipping for defective items
  • Natural material variations are not defects
